Sales and Service Specialist

Our Sales and Service Specialists provide support to brokers on individual and government lines. They also support brokers and internal partners with sales processes, systems, and tools, while performing direct sales activities within line(s) of business.

This position has flexibility as a hybrid work location (3 days in office, 2 days work from home), and requires a local presence in the assigned Idaho territory. The Specialist can be based in these Idaho cities: Coeur d'Alene, Idaho Falls, Meridian, or Twin Falls. #LI-Hybrid

Required License: State of Idaho Resident License or must obtain within 120 day of hire

Required Travel: May occasionally travel, and/or attend offsite events during and outside of standard work hours

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay range is: $58,727 - $82,219. The position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus (variable depending on company and employee performance). The pay range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, internal equity, geography, business or organizational needs, and alignment with market data. At Blue Cross of Idaho, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top range for the position. Compensation decisions are dependent on factors and circumstances at the time of offer.
