Key Responsibilities:
- Grow and lead our team of Key Account Managers to exceed sales goals.
- Strengthen dealer relationships through strategic engagement, issue resolution, and regular scorecard reviews.
- Drive market penetration by onboarding new dealers and supporting existing partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to guide decision-making and improve team performance.
- Travel extensively to provide in-field coaching, attend dealer events, and support KAMs (up to 70% overnight travel).
- Ensure adherence to company sales processes and maintain accurate Salesforce CRM records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in sales.
- 5 years of B2B sales experience, with 3-5 years in sales management.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and develop long-term dealer relationships.
