Responsibilities of an entry-level Business Development Manager :
Oversee the sales team to ensure growth of the department
Source new leads and secure business through proactive approaches i.e. face to face meetings with prospective clients
Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers
Assist the sales team by developing strategies focused on financial growth and customer satisfaction
Track all records of sales and revenue
Active contribution to our growth strategy and wider business plan.
Train entry level staff to excel in sales
