Blue Diamond Developments Entry Level Customer Care Representative Responsibilities :
Help Support and Provide quality assurance with current customers in person to build a positive relationship
Setting and keep sales appointments while maintaining a low cancellation rate
Assist the sales managers in training, developing and assisting in other tasks as needed
Create and hit weekly and monthly sales goals
Training of new sales associates once promoted into a leadership-level position
