What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Crew Member - Full Time/ Part Time position at Blue Diamond Developments?
We are expanding our brand marketing team and are currently hiring five Sales Crew Members to learn our business from the entry-level role all the way through our executive level. Why do we only promote internally? Well, you can’t coach a team until you’ve played a few positions first. This is what our team loves about our company; all of our managers know their day-to-day, what can be accomplished, and what should be accomplished. They’ve never asked them to do something they haven’t done personally.
Customer service skills and experience are needed for a Sales Crew Member position. Candidates with previous customer service experience will be trained in other areas of customer account management, including marketing and sales, and have opportunities for Management positions as well.
