We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations in our sign shop. As the Shop Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, controlling inventory, and ensuring that the shop operates efficiently and profitably.
Duties
- Lead and motivate a team of employees.
- Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling and shift management.
- Manage inventory control processes to ensure stock levels meet customer demand while minimizing waste.
- Implement budgeting strategies to optimize store performance and profitability.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Conduct regular assessments of shop performance and implement improvements as needed.
Experience
- Must have previous management experience of 4 years (sign manufacturing management a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in inventory control and budgeting practices.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient operation of the shop.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both staff and customers.
