Job Type: Part-time or Full-time

Pay: $15.66–$17 per hour (based on experience)

Job Description

Blue Diamond Vapors is a locally owned vape store focused on great service, quality products, and unbeatable pricing. We're looking for a dependable, friendly Retail Associate to assist customers, manage in-store purchases, and help maintain a clean and organized retail space.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product selection
• Process transactions and returns accurately
• Check customer IDs for age verification
• Maintain clean, stocked shelves and displays
• Assist with pickup/delivery orders and basic phone support

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Comfortable with a point-of-sale system (we’ll train)
• Available evenings until 10:00 PM
• Weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)
• Retail experience is a plus, but not required

Preferred Skills

• Interest in vape products or prior industry experience
• Bilingual or multilingual communication skills
