- Provide guidance on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Collaborate with management to resolve employee concerns and mediate conflicts.
- Handle document filing, data entry, and HR database management.
- Utilize Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) for scheduling and communication.
- Assist in payroll processing and related tasks.
- Mandatory : Full professional proficiency in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing) .
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
