Blue Door Living is hiring a Property Management Team Lead to oversee management of a rapidly growing portfolio of residential units and general business management. The Property Manager will be responsible for assisting in the management of the Property Management Team, tenant escalations, client reporting and relationship management, property accounting, and management of internal policies and procedures to assure well-managed and well-maintained properties.

You must have sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, strong operational focus, high attention to detail, and be willing to provide superior customer service. The ability to establish credibility with employees and clients and uphold the mission, vision, and values of the organization is essential. You must be able to organize and prioritize workload and have a full understanding and knowledge of housing management and property management.
Critical Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the management of the Property Management Team which includes the Leasing Manager, Assistant Property Manager, Administrative Assistant, and all maintenance staff.
- Regularly meet with Property Management Team to discuss daily operations and company matters.
- Maintaining organizational systems to support accurate record keeping, efficient financial transactions, and prompt renter complaint resolution.
- Overseeing business operations including property accounting, IT systems, and assisting with company website and social media platforms.
- Building positive relationships with prospective and current clients.
- Frequently communicating owner reports, management advice, and relevant asset information to clients.
- Negotiating contracts with vendors, supplies, and contractors.
- Evaluating and analyzing market conditions and rent comparables.
Role Requirements:
- New Hampshire real estate license required. If you are unlicensed, you may still apply. You would be required to obtain your real estate license within 3-6 months of starting as Property Manager.
- 1 years of experience working across any aspect of property management, including real estate, customer service, and business operations, preferred.
- Experience managing multifamily units and large residential properties is preferred.
- Experience with and knowledge of lease and term agreements, tenant operational protocols, and financial management.
- Highly developed and effective written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate across both digital platforms and in-person, and in high-importance discussions.
- Effective time management, including prioritization of time-sensitive tasks, meeting critical deadlines, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, problem solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Gsuite, Appfolio, and QuickBooks is preferred.

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
