Technicians can expect:

• SIGN ON BONUSES as follows:
  • $1000 for Apprentice Licensed HVAC Techs / Lead Installers
  • $3000 for Journeyman Licensed HVAC Techs / Lead Installers
  • $5000 for Master Licensed HVAC Techs / Lead Installers

• Year-round full-time work.

Responsibilities

We are seeking experienced residential HVAC Technicians who can offer

• Excellent customer service to our customers
• Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
• Professional, positive attitude, with a good driving record

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of RESIDENTIAL HVAC experience.
• EPA Certification (Certification assistance may be available).
• MD Journeyman or Master level experience preferred. 
• A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills. 
• Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis.
• Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary. 
• All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen, background checks and must have a valid drivers license with good driving record.
