Blue Dot Services is expanding in New Castle County and actively hiring experienced Residential HVAC Service Technicians in Wilmington, New Castle, Middletown, and south toward Dover.

Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service in the field
Diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems
Work independently with professionalism and pride
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
3 years of residential HVAC experience
EPA Certification (we can assist if needed)
Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical, gas, airflow)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Willing to access attics, crawl spaces, and lift heavy items
Commitment to quality work and safety
All applicants must pass a background check and drug screen.
