What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Receptionist position at Blue Fish Pediatrics Greater Heights?
We are currently looking for a full-time medical receptionist at our Greater Heights office, which is located at 1900 N. Loop West.
Candidates must be able to maintain full-time hours M-F for at least 12 consecutive months. We do not offer summer, part-time or flex schedules.
Our receptionists handle in-person and over-the-phone encounters with patients setting appointments, creating telephone encounters for physicians, verifying insurance, checking patients in/out, handling co-pays, and processing documents, among other tasks.
