We are currently seeking a Lead HVAC installer to join our Blue Flame team. We are a full-service Residential Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor located in Mountlake Terrace, WA.

Requirements:
- 2 Years Lead Install in Residential retrofit
- Desire to advance as a Lead HVAC installer
- Attention to details
- Proficient in installing heat pumps, dual fuel systems, gas furnaces and ductless heat pumps
- Experienced working Pittsburgh and Break Machines, fabricating ducting onsite
- Able to wire low voltage in furnaces, heat pumps and air conditioners
- Able to pressure test, vacuum down, add refrigeration charge and fire off heat pumps and air conditioners with a high level of quality and attention to detail
