Job Description
- Direct and lead residential sales strategies for the branch, including defining, implementing, and monitoring sales team performance.
- Act as a trainer and resource to the sales team on branch products, services, and residential sales processes.
- Hire, train, and motivate sales representatives to meet or exceed goals.
- Lead weekly sales meetings to discuss strategy, competitive differentiation, selling skills, and other essential topics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5 years of in-home sales management experience is required.
- College degree in a technical field or building science is preferred.
- HVAC sales experience/knowledge is mandatory.
- Must have drive and ability to excel in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
- Strong relationship management skills with employees and customers.
- Ability to meet sales quotas and deadlines.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with the internet.
