Blue Flame is a fast-growing company that manages five hotels on the Northeast side of Fort Wayne: the Hampton Inn Dupont, the Comfort Suites North, and the Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites (a dual property location).
As the Food & Beverage Manager at the Hilton Garden Inn, your general responsibilities will be to optimize and maximize guest and associate experience, and effectively manage and motivate associates to ensure achievement of overall financial results and guest and associate satisfaction. You will also be responsible for the overall success of the hotel by using strong leadership skills to drive revenue, maximize profits, ensure quality, and be a champion of the hotel's internal and external communications and record keeping. You will be overseeing the front-of-house staff and operations. It is preferred that you have at least an Associate's degree, experience in the hospitality industry, Hilton brand experience, strong financial and food industry knowledge (required), excellent communication skills, the intellectual ability to assimilate complex information, data, etc. from various sources and consider, adjust, or modify to meet the constraints of the particular need, and the financial acumen required to work with and understand financial information and data, in addition to basic mathematical functions.
