WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Lead a team in a fast-paced service organization with a proven track record of growing business across multiple trades
• Interpret, dissect, and analyze data to improve organizational performance
• Understand how to use the P&L to drive growth and manage costs through influencing the team members behaviors
• Lead a culture of accountability by setting expectations for all team members
• Desire to roll-up your sleeves and lead by example
• Able to monitor and pivot as necessary to control all COGS and expenses
• Lead staff to achieve high customer satisfaction and team member engagement
• Set individual goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for all positions and coach them to success
  
  

WHO YOU ARE:

• Minimum of 7years leading teams servicing business-to-business markets, prefer residential home services experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience successfully leading a fast-paced service organization and a proven track record of growing a business
• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong financial acumen: able to create and interpret KPIs, understand a company’s financial statements and how they reflect operating performance, and drive activity based on both sets of information
• A strong communicator who is also effective at building trust and demonstrating empathy
• Proven track record in building and managing teams, developing best practices and operational infrastructure to facilitate rapid growth and profitability of the business
