The Role
By joining our FOH management team, you will become one of the faces of the restaurant, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and delighted. You will lead by example, managing and mentoring a dynamic front-of-house team to deliver incredible service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Font-of-house operations, ensuring efficiency and exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Recruit, train and develop front-of-house staff to uphold service standards and policies.
- Collaborate with the management team, service team and back-of-house team to ensure smooth communication and service flow.
- Handle guest and staff inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and effectively.
- Manage staffing schedules, ensuring proper coverage during service hours.
- Enforce compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.
