Major Responsibilities
This role focuses on providing solutions to customers, developing new business strategies, and representing BFG products. Key responsibilities include direct sales, customer engagement, product demonstrations, and follow-ups. It also involves prospecting for new leads, updating customers on product changes, and collaborating with internal teams. Professionalism, attending customer site visits, industry events, and maintaining accurate sales records are essential.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business development, sales, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience in sales or military.
Previous Experience:
Minimum of five years in procurement for or selling to the military or government, preferably in the field of military tactical gear. Experience with government contracts and purchasing preferred. Experience in using customer and prospect contact activities tools (CRM systems) is required.

- Able to prospect non-member accounts

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Proven forecasting and customer service skills
- Ability to travel on a regular basis
- Successful working remotely with a cadence of headquarter on site visits.
