Major Responsibilities
- In partnership with Design team, create and manage all Technical Design Specification packages.
- Manage item list and Production BOM’s in Business Central
- Manage and monitor internal sewing team on all proto sample development and approval.
- Collaborate with Internal sewing team and Subs as needed to ensure design aesthetics and quality standards are met and maintained in production.
- Partner with QC team on addressing all production related issues that affect the aesthetics of the original design or the applicable Technical specifications required.
- Schedule and lead development handoff meetings with internal Production team.
- Monitor and manage the production flow assigned to the internal sewing team.
- Create and manage sewing work schedules
- Operates sewing machines and related equipment as needed to ensure deadlines are met and outcomes are achieved to required specifications.
- Report on daily status of outputs, KPI’s and scheduling of sewing production.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree is preferred in Fashion Design, Manufacturing or related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Previous Experience:
Seven (7) or more years of Technical Design experience within a Design/manufacturing environment. Tactical gear or military experience is preferred.

- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, and other MS Office software and ERP solutions
- Knowledge of the development of material solutions
- Adobe Illustrator skills
- CAD skills
