Your Responsibilities as a Quality Control Specialist:
- Creating & maintaining quality control documents – you'll ensure every step of production is up to our high standards.
- Inspecting BFG products at different stages to make sure consistency and quality shine through.
- Assessing durability & measurements to meet our top-notch quality standards.
- Working with the Production team to address quality concerns, repair issues, and ensure everything is running smoothly.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to expedite orders and keep everything on track.
- Educating production teams on quality issues and keeping them informed on best practices.
- Documenting corrective actions and being the eyes for the company when something needs attention.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- A high school diploma (an Associate’s degree is a bonus!)
- A quality control certification (preferred) and 3 years of experience in manufacturing, ideally textiles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, a keen eye for detail, and experience reading technical drawings.
- Knowledge of tactical gear is a plus (but not a must).
- Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset—we love quick thinkers!
- A strong sense of urgency and ownership of the work you do.
