Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our guests in a fine dining environment, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly while presenting menus and providing information about daily specials.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system.
- Provide recommendations for food and beverages, utilizing upselling techniques to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining proper presentation standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or fine dining is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and sanitation practices is highly desirable.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests and team members.
