What are the responsibilities and job description for the Renovations Tech position at Blue Frog Property Management?
This role is responsible for the completion of all renovations and major turns for rental units being managed by Blue Frog Property Management. We are looking for someone who is customer service focused, has high attention to detail, and is proactively willing to go the extra mile to help the team.
Tasks include:
- Flooring - Installation of glue down and click together LVP flooring
- Kitchen - Installation and/or repair of cabinets, countertops, sinks, etc.
- Bathrooms – Installation and/or repair of showers, vanities, light fixtures, toilets, etc.
- Other – Installation and/or repair of doors, lighting, etc.
- Order appropriate materials utilizing Blue Frog’s preferred supply chains
- Manage work in a way that it is completed on time and on budget
- Communicate regularly with office employees
- Other as assigned
We are looking for someone who is a team leader and dedicated to helping us to continue to grow while providing top notch service to our owners.
Requirements:
- Previous Renovations experience – 2 years
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently
- Results oriented
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Team player willing to go the extra mile to help customers and/or Blue Frog
Compensation / Benefits:
- $22 - $30 per hour depending on skillset and experience
- Flexible work hours – potential for four ten hour shifts
- Company vehicle will be provided to use at work after a probationary period
- Eligible for companies Group Health Insurance plan.
- You will receive 80 hours paid time off (PTO) per calendar year. These hours are earned on a pro-rated basis throughout the year
