We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Voice Teacher to join our team.
In this role, you will have the chance to work closely with a manageable group of students, ranging from beginners to advanced singers, in a classroom of no more than 12 students per day. Depending on scheduling and student numbers, the group size may vary. You’ll provide high-quality vocal instruction tailored to each student’s needs, guiding them to reach their fullest potential while fostering a lifelong love for singing.
Compensation will start at $44/hr. and will increase(or negotiable depending on experience). You will receive competitive pay reflecting the value of your expertise and our school's trust in its teachers. We appreciate our teachers!

Responsibilities & Duties
- Assess students' current vocal abilities and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop customized lesson plans based on individual student needs and goals.
- Teach proper breathing techniques, vocal exercises, and warm-ups.
- Guide students in interpreting various musical styles and genres.
- Prepare students for performances, auditions, and examinations.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment that fosters creativity.
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance vocal skills.
- Stay updated on advancements in vocal training and pedagogy.
- Collaborate with other music instructors and school staff to organize events.
- Organize recitals and performance opportunities for students to showcase progress.
- Monitor and evaluate students' progress, adjusting methods as needed.
- Communicate regularly with students and parents about achievements and areas for growth.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Music, Voice, or a related field.
- Proven experience in vocal coaching or music teaching.
- Proficiency in piano or another accompanying instrument is a plus.
- Familiarity with diverse musical genres and performance techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of vocal anatomy, pedagogy, and music theory.
- Experience preparing students for competitions, exams, or performances.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students of all ages and skill levels.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning styles.
