As a Sales Support Engineer, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our vision of creating a more sustainable future. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional service and support to our customers.
Your primary responsibilities will include providing technical, engineering, and administrative support to our sales and marketing team. You will work closely with our engineering department to understand every aspect of our technology and collaborate with our customer support team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
You will be responsible for training heavily with the engineering department to gain a deep understanding of our technology and shadowing the customer support, post-sale project management team to gain a deep understanding of start-up, commissioning, and servicing our products.
While gaining this knowledge, you will provide technical, engineering, and administrative support to the sales & Marketing team to maximize their efficiency and effectiveness. A strong willingness to manage the customer relationship software (currently Salesforce) is essential. Data entry, report generation, and providing insights from the data are a major component of this job.
