We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Engineer to join our team at Blue Frontier, Inc. in Boca Raton, Florida. As a key member of our business development team, you will report directly to the Area General Manager and play a crucial role in educating the broader market about our innovative technology.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing technical, engineering, and administrative support to our sales and marketing team. You will work closely with our engineering department to understand every aspect of our technology and collaborate with our customer support team to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

You will be responsible for developing and presenting technical presentations to customers, partners, and investors, as well as assisting with product selection, sizing, and system design based on customer requirements. Your excellent communication skills and ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be expected to assist with prospective customer outreach, coordinate responses to incoming inquiries, and book sales meetings. You will work collaboratively with our sales team to develop sales strategies and identify new business opportunities, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
