Blue Garden, is a property management firm, We are currently seeking an ambitious leasing agent with experience in the property management industry to be in charge of vacancies and make sure all units are occupied.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with prospective renters from application through rental
- Process incoming lease applications, including qualifying prospects and running credit verifications.
- Assist prospective residents with the application process
- Schedule and conduct presentations of the building’s amenities and apartments to prospective residents.
- Conduct lease signing and ensure accuracy of all lease documents.
- Ensure approved applicants’ move-in process is smooth.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to engage in telephone communications in a professional manner
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to function effectively in a customer service environment
- 1 year experience in property management
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule
- Well versed in Spanish
- Must drive
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
