Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lending Specialist / Loan Origination Officer at Blue Gate Capital in Holmdel, NJ. The role involves developing and originating NEW business. You will be support by a plethora of warm leads, and robust data platforms enabling you to effectively hunt for new business. Accompanied by excellent technology and CRM (Salesforce) with Ai sms & email auto client follow ups and work flows.
- Memorize All Loan Programs to be able to effectively communicate and understand what is the best possible solution we can offer
Qualifications
- Business Development & Sales
- Experience in Mortgages and Loan Origination
- Experience in Financial Sales
- Excellent Relationship Building Skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Abilities
Salary : $75,000 - $250,000
