Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a full-time BCBA to join our team. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting behavioral assessments and implementing ABA therapy
- Educating and supporting parents in behavior management strategies
- Providing supervision, guidance, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) on assigned cases.
- Applying psychology principles to improve client outcomes
- Developing and updating individualized treatment plans
Job Requirements
- Expertise in Parent Education and Psychology
- Strong skills in Behavior Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- BCBA certification required
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or a related field
Compensation
- Full-Time: $80,000 – $125,000 per year
- Part-Time: $80 – $110 per hour
