Role Description
This is a part-time, hybrid Marketing Manager & Community Outreach professional based in Utah. This role blends creativity and strategy—leading marketing initiatives, growing community presence, and building brand awareness across both digital and in-person platforms.
You’ll develop campaigns, manage our online voice, and represent Blue Gems at events that connect us with families, partners, and the wider community. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong creative eye, excellent communication skills, and a passion for purpose-driven work.
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, branding, communications, or community engagement
- Strong digital marketing and social media management skills
- Proven ability to design and execute creative campaigns
- Skilled in event planning and relationship-building
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams
- Familiarity with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ABA Therapy is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
