We’re seeking a compassionate and creative individual to join our team as an Staff Support & Marketing Coordinator. This unique hybrid role blends employee support and community engagement, with a focus on enhancing the experience of our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while promoting our services to the broader community.
In this role, you will:
- Serve as a consistent point of connection for RBTs, offering emotional support and helping foster a strong, inclusive team culture
- Organize team events, recognition initiatives, and other efforts to ensure RBTs feel valued and connected
- Collaborate with leadership on strategies to improve staff engagement and retention
- Lead or assist with marketing and outreach efforts, including social media content, event planning, and community partnerships
- Help communicate the impact of our work and support the growth of our presence in the community
Qualifications:
- Background in ABA, mental health, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Experience or interest in marketing, outreach, or social media content creation
- Passionate about helping others and building community
