Overview
Under the Supervision of the Assistant Director of Child Development Services, the Pathway Support Advocate will support programmatic standards and regulations, while adhering to the mission of Blue Grass Community Action Partnership (BGCAP). The Pathway Support Advocate will oversee daily operations and collaborate with BGCAP's service deliveries, serving as the liaison between Franklin County Head Start and Central Office.
Duties
· Maintain compliance with Kentucky’s State licensing regulations.
· Maintain compliance with Head Start Program Performance Standards.
· Responsible for oversight of Franklin County Head Start operations.
· Collaboration with BGCAP programmatic service deliveries.
· Serve as the liaison between Franklin County Head Start and Central Office.
· Represent BGCAP’s mission in all aspects of position.
· Community involvement and engagement.
Qualifications
· Experience in Early Childhood Education.
· Experience with Kentucky State Licensing Regulations/Compliance.
· Experience in Family Engagement/Community Outreach/Social Work.
· Respect to Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion.
· Serve children, families, & communities through a Whole Family Approach lens.
· Pass background checks and alcohol/drug screening/TB test.
· Must have reliable transportation with a valid driver's license & automobile insurance.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.29 - $22.81 per hour
