BlueHalo is seeking a Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Engineer for our operations in Leesburg, Virginia. The Principal Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Engineer will use technical design expertise in multiple domains for a suite of software products. This role will focus on software initiatives requiring in-depth knowledge of signal-processing architectures and algorithms.
This role will :
- Set the strategy and technology roadmap for signal processing and development.
- Influence decision-making and strategic planning for signal programs.
- Determine new areas for software technology introduction or proof-of-concepts based on industry trends.
- Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technology, industry, and market trends to assist in project development and / or operational support activities.
- Coach and mentor team members on technical skills.
