BlueHalo is seeking an Inventory Associate to become a part of a dynamic Materials and Logistics team, reporting directly to the Director of Supply Chain. The Inventory Associate is responsible for accurately receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping incoming and outgoing goods.
This role involves managing inventory, preparing orders for shipment, kitting products, and operating a forklift to move materials safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at maintaining inventory accuracy, quality control standards, and smooth logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive Shipments : Unload, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders, ensuring all products are correct and free from damage or defects.
- Inventory Tracking : Accurately record items in the inventory management system, ensuring quantities and descriptions match system records.
- Product Organization : Organize and label items in designated storage areas, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Cycle Counts : Perform regular inventory audits, including cycle counts, to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Shipping : Prepare and pack products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation. Coordinate with carriers and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate shipping.
- Kitting : Assemble various components into kits based on specific customer orders or production needs, ensuring all parts are complete, accurate, and meet quality standards.
- Forklift Operation : Safely operate a forklift to move, load, and unload inventory and shipments as needed, adhering to all safety protocols and equipment guidelines.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate and timely records of all receiving, shipping, and inventory activities, including discrepancies, returns, adjustments, and shipments.
- Collaboration : Work closely with team members from purchasing, sales, and operations to coordinate the flow of goods, resolve inventory-related issues, and meet customer order requirements.
- Safety Compliance : Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols, operating equipment safely and following company guidelines.

Hourly Pay Range : $26 / hour - $29 / hour, based on experience
