- Provide customer service while maintaining professionalism at all times
- Maintain a critical focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage and advance BlueHalo IT infrastructure and its services as part of the IT team
- Implement enterprise-level management best practices, tailored to suit our network and security
- Ensure compliance with all applicable corporate and cybersecurity policies
- Prepare and maintain documentation for systems, user guidance, policies, and practices
- 4 years of experience in a Help Desk position
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving issues with commonly used technologies and software
- Ability to work independently and with a team, identify areas where improvement is needed, and
- A security-minded approach to all IT efforts
- Excellent time management skills
- Willingness to support end-users with all IT related issues, including after hours on-call support
- Strong communication (both written and verbal) and technical documentation skills
- Familiarity with basic networking concept
- Position will be located in our Rockville, MD office but will move to our Germantown, MD office in approximately 6 months.

Salary Range : $50-$70k
