You like to do this :
- Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
- Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems.
- Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.
- Assist users in accessing and using IT systems effectively.
- Monitor and resolve issues for client / server / storage / network devices and mobile devices.
- Optimize system operations and resource utilization, performing system capacity analysis and planning.
- Provide in-depth troubleshooting for IT systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems, troubleshoot network components, and implement enhancements for improved performance.
- Offer detailed analysis and feedback to management for escalated tickets and issues.

Salary Range : $140,000 - $200,000
