BlueHalo is seeking Systems Engineers in our Acquisition, Tracking, and Pointing (ATP) Division. The ATP Division of BlueHalo is responsible for next generation EO / IR and Directed Energy (High-Energy Laser) system development. Systems Engineers in this division collaborate on small and large teams working on a variety of tasks including :
- Contribute to the development of systems engineering documentation such as System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirement's Specifications, Interface Control Documents, System Integration Plans, and Test Plans
- Being responsible for the requirements generation, analysis, decomposition, and review with customers
- Analyze user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system / subsystem requirements specifications
- Manage system requirements and lead design / development activities
- Develop system architecture and system design documentation
- Communicate with other program personnel, customers, and senior executives
- Support lab and field test / acceptance testing
- Develop Interface Control Specifications for High-Energy Laser and EO / IR systems and support systems

Salary Range : $107k - $150k
