WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Provide technical leadership to a multidisciplinary engineering team in the design, build, and qualification of new space-capable precision opto-mechanical and electronics systems.
- Understand the big picture as well as fine details to make technical decisions, sometimes in situations in which a complete set of data is not available.
Be responsible for technical systems engineering including architecture development, model-based systems engineering, requirements development, management and flow-down, integration, test, and transition to production.
Mentor junior engineering staff members and promote a culture of continuous learning.
