Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and learning.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a safe and orderly space.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and development.
- Observe and assess children's behavior and development, providing early intervention when necessary.
- Incorporate Montessori methods to facilitate independent learning among students.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience for children.
- Promote literacy education through engaging activities that encourage reading and language development.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and child welfare regulations.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Proficiency in classroom management techniques to create a conducive learning environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.

Required Certifications:
- DCF 45 hours
- First Aid & CPR certification
- Child Development Associate Certification (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
