We're Hiring: Government Bid Analyst
Location: Smyrna, GA in office 3 days and 2 days remote

What You’ll Do:
As our Government Bid Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in expanding our business through public sector contracts. Your core responsibility will be to review government bid solicitations and accurately match item descriptions to products in our catalog.
That means taking a bid that has vague descriptions and identifying exactly which of our items best fits the need. Your research will help our team submit fast, accurate, and competitive bids that win contracts and drive growth.
Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing and interpreting government bid solicitations
- Matching vague or general product descriptions to items in our inventory
- Collaborating with sales and procurement teams to ensure accurate, competitive bid submissions
- Maintaining organized records of bid activity and results
- Staying up to date on product offerings, specifications, and contract requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with government bids or public procurement processes
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with product catalogs and sourcing
- Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency in Excel and other standard office tools
- Bonus if you have experience in wholesale distribution or reseller support
