What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tradesperson position at Blue Heron Companies, LLC?
Description:
- Plays an essential role for all of our construction projects.
- Will report directly to the Project Construction Manager and perform tasks as required for the duration of a project.
- Will provide direct support to the project Construction Manager and any tasks that they may require in order to successfully complete our projects.
- Install small accessories and parts if/when needed and as directed by site superintendent.
- Caulk areas left behind by other trades.
- Prepare homes for walks detailing anything the Construction Manager requires.
- Complete punch list items that remain left over for non responding trades.
- Light framing and or demolition as necessary.
- Repair trade damages to cabinets, countertops, flooring, drywall, etc. and/or coordinate the completion of these items with the corresponding trades.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license
- Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks, lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions, punctual, reliable, professional, basic computer knowledge, willing to learn, take direction and be a team player.
- Must have own set of tools required to prep a home: Impact drill set with multiple bits, drywall pan and drywall knife, utility knife, hammer, caulking gun, paint brushes, tape measure, various lengths of levels, etc.
