Floor Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a positive, energetic and enthusiastic leader that can effectively run store operations as well as successfully manage employees.

Job Duties are as follows (but are not limited to):

Keeping employees on task & ensuring everyone is providing excellent customer service.

Handle stores day to day operations such as customer related issues, catering/deli requests, running errands, giving employees breaks/lunch breaks & providing help/support for employees in busy situations.

Must be able to run the POS system correctly and handle any issues for customers and employees.

Able to keep daily notes & report to the store manager of any issues, accomplishments, & finished tasks from the day.

Keeping a positive attitude with employees & customers.

Must Haves

*Must be self-motivated with the ability to multitask & strong attention to detail.

*Maintain location cleanliness and understand and follow health department regulations.

*Provide coaching and direction to the store team to achieve operational goals.

*Strong customer empathy with the ability to turn negativity into great customer experiences.

*Able to multitask and work in fast-paced organized manner.

*Possibility to work more hours if needed or able to be called in on short notice (for example if an employee calls out).
