Luxury Vacation Rental Quality Manager

We are seeking a part-time Luxury Vacation Rental Quality Manager to help maintain two high-end vacation properties: Blue Heron Lakehouse on Lake Sammamish, in Bellevue, and Goldfinch House in Ballard. This role ensures our homes are impeccably prepared for incoming guests. You will be responsible for preparing the homes for the cleaning crew and handling quality control, organization, light cleaning and occasional deep cleaning.

Locations:
This position requires travel to two locations: Bellevue (on Lake Sammamish) and Ballard, Seattle.

Schedule:
You need to be available to start in early April. We currently have firm dates through September, with additional dates scheduled as new bookings come in. Flexibility is key, as the days of the week vary, and it sometimes includes a day on the weekend. The number of bookings per month decreases in October and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a post-checkout walk-through to assess for damages, missing items or guest leave-behinds
• Manage laundry: wash & fold linens, iron pillowcases and reset beds (cleaning crew makes beds)
• Organize kitchen and common areas, restock supplies and ensure everything is functioning correctly and properly placed
• Light cleaning as needed: hand-wash any dirty pots and pans, and maintain clean drawers and cupboards
• Inspect and arrange outdoor furniture; notify the groundskeeper of any issues
• Maintain an organized storage closet
• Monitor property condition and report any needed items or issues to owners
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to uphold our consistent 5-star hospitality standards
