Blue Heron Psychology is an established private practice looking to expand in the Stuart Area. We are currently seeking licensed mental health providers (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD) to join our small but growing therapy practice.

Responsibilities include:·
- Provide direct therapeutic services for clients (adults, children and teens, couples, and families) utilizing evidenced-based modalities.
- Complete ongoing documentation of services provided that is consistent with professional standards and established clinical procedures. Collaborate with our dynamic team to improve efficiency and client care.
- Participate in an Integrated Care Model by coordinating services with collateral contact providers including but not limited to family members, medical personnel, school staff, and case managers as needed.
- Attend and participate in all clinical team meetings and trainings. Participate in community outreach and networking efforts to build relationships.
- Respond to communications and requests from Clinical Director in a reasonable & professional time frame.
- Full-Time clinicians are expected to maintain a caseload of a minimum of 30 scheduled client with Part-Time being 15 weekly. Other duties may be assigned.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Candidates are required to have a master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university
- Active clinical licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD) in the State of Florida.
- Multicultural competence in mental health.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to complete and submit clinical documentation of services and other forms in a timely manner.
- Willing to use and become proficient in Simple Practice EMR.
