- Experienced: At least 2 years of experience in a fine-dining setting.
- Certification in food safety (e.g., ServSafe or Food Handlers Certificate) preferred.
- Must have a comprehensive understanding of all food and beverage items in order to guide guests through their dining experience and provide insight and education tableside.
- Assist in the execution of service, including serving guests, providing guidance to other team members, and performing the necessary tasks for smooth execution of various service goals.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, health, and safety protocols are met at all times, including adherence to food safety codes and fire regulations.
- Compensation: $16.50 per hour with tips.

- Location & Hours: Full-time, in-person position at Family Meal at Blue Hill at Stone Barns in Manhattan, NY. Must be available for evenings and weekends including lunch services on Saturday and Sunday.
