Job Summary
We are seeking a bilingual, dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and implementing behavioral therapy techniques to support their development.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans as outlined by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to children
- Collect data on observable client behavior
- Assist in the development of care plans and treatment goals
- Collaborate with caregivers and families to ensure consistency in implementing therapy techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Experience
- Prior experience working with children, preferably in special education or behavioral health settings
- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Proficiency in data collection methods
- Knowledge of Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Understanding of medical records and documentation
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is required
Job Type: Contract
