We are looking for candidates with 1-2 years of cleaning experience and familiarity with standard cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-out cleaning. In addition to experience, we seek individuals with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality work.
Requirements:

- We welcome applicants new to cleaning but require reliable communication, punctuality, and a dedicated work ethic to help us exceed client expectations.
- As a representative of our company, we expect you to perform each task with excellence and treat all clients and their properties with the utmost respect.
- Experience is not required; however, pay rates are based on experience and can increase over time.
- Reliable transportation is essential.
- Cleaners keep 100% of their tips.

Required Equipment:
Cleaners must have their own supplies, including but not limited to:
- Mop and vacuum
- Duster
- Cleaning towels/rags
- Broom
- Surface-appropriate cleaning solutions (e.g., for hardwood, tile, etc.)
Flexible Scheduling: You select your availability, and we assign jobs accordingly.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
