Due to significant issues with their current automated process for new hire on-boarding and internal transfer processing, our client, a leading Healthcare System is looking to transition back to a manual entry process until such time they complete a complete automated workflow overhaul. To address this move they are immediately looking to bring in temporary mid-level staff to handle manual entry while the HRIS team continues the quality review.

Plan of Action:
- Transition to Manual Entry:
- Onboard a temporary team member to manage manual entry.
- Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team to identify a data transmittal process
- FTP
- Allocate HRIS team members to continue quality review and auditing.
- Turn off automated process
- Manual Entry Process Implementation:
- Develop a detailed manual entry process, including step-by-step guidelines and checklists.
- Train the temporary staff on the manual entry process and Infor system usage.
- Monitor and evaluate the manual entry process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Development of a New Automated Process:
- Conduct a thorough analysis of the new hire/transfer process.
- Collaborate with IS&T and Cielo to design a new automated process from the ground up.
- Implement rigorous testing and validation phases to ensure the new process addresses all identified needs.
- Depending on technology solutions there may be an opportunity to transition from manual gradually and incrementally to the new automated process.
- Ongoing Monitoring and Improvement:
- Establish a continuous monitoring system to track the performance of the new automated process.
- Implement regular audits and feedback loops to identify and address new issues promptly
- Pulling data files from the defined transmittal process and analyzing the data to determine entry needs.
- Performing manual data entry.
- Compiling and sending twice-daily reports to the HRIS and Recruitment teams, detailing entries made and any errors or fallouts.
- Coordinating with the Recruitment team to update or change offers as necessary.
- Managing changes to start dates and updating or correcting data when transmitted.
- Working with the Onboarding team to ensure proper transfer to the onboarding system.
- Creating documentation to outline the entry process.
Salary : $40 - $70
