About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) Lead to join our team as a 1099 contractor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Analytics, data integration, and business intelligence. This role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of OAC solutions to meet our clients' business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) solutions.
  • Guide technical decisions and mentor team members as the domain expert.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Develop data models, dashboards, and reports using OAC.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all analytics solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to supporting team members.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OAC implementations.
  • Stay updated with the latest OAC features and best practices.
  • Assess the current legacy BI environment and plan the migration strategy, including scope, objectives, and timeline.
  • Migrate data from legacy BI environment to OAC, involving extraction, transformation, and loading.
  • Recreate semantic models and reports in OAC by replicating datasets from legacy BI environment.
  • Develop user-friendly dashboards in OAC to enhance reports.
  • Integrate OAC with other systems and perform thorough testing to ensure accuracy.
  • Train users on OAC and provide ongoing support for a smooth transition.
  • Set up the OAC environment and configure necessary pipelines for data flow.
  • Integrate OAC with other relevant systems for seamless data flow and reporting.
  • Design and develop customized dashboards and reports based on organizational needs.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.
  • Optimize data models and workflows for improved performance and efficiency

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as an Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) Lead or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling.
  • Proficiency in SQL and PL / SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working within the Agile Project Management framework.
  • Proven experience in assessing and planning migration strategies for BI environments.
  • Expertise in data migration, including extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
  • Experience in recreating semantic models and reports in Oracle Analytics Cloud.
  • Proficiency in developing user-friendly dashboards that provide valuable insights.
  • Ability to integrate and test data systems to ensure accuracy and functionality.
  • Experience in training users and providing ongoing support for new systems.
  • Knowledge of setting up and configuring Oracle Analytics Cloud environments.
  • Expertise in integrating OAC with other relevant systems.
  • Skills in designing and developing customized dashboards and reports.
  • Ability to conduct effective workshops and training sessions for end-users.
  • Strong optimization skills for improving data models and workflows.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • 3-5 Years Experience
  • Experience with other Oracle Cloud services, such as Oracle Essbase.
