Blue Hour is a woman-led CPG startup disrupting the convenience breakfast foods category. We make easy-prep cups that make a nutritious, delicious, whole food breakfasts accessible to all, helping people kickstart and tackle their day.
About the Role:
We’re seeking two Social Media Interns passionate about content creation and fluent in TikTok and Instagram to support the growth of our brand's presence. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll play a direct role in creating, managing, and optimizing content that drives engagement and brand awareness. You’ll gain extensive hands-on experience in social media management and brand marketing, as well as direct exposure to all aspects of building an early-stage consumer startup in a dynamic, fun working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop and edit high-quality, engaging content (video, photo, graphics) tailored for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Trend Research: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and features to create timely, relevant content.
- UGC & Influencer Marketing: Identify, source, and manage user-generated content and collaborate with influencers to expand reach.
- Content Calendar: Assist in managing a robust content calendar to ensure consistent posting aligned with brand goals.
- Reporting: Track and report on engagement metrics, offering actionable insights for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Current college student or recent graduate, preferably with a degree or experience in marketing, communications, social media, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with TikTok and Instagram content creation.
- Proficiency in CapCut, Canva and other editing platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A sharp eye for design and brand aesthetics
- Passionate about food and wellness is a big plus
