Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and creative individual to join Blue Ivy Coaching as an intern, supporting the Regional Manager in Miami. This is a hands-on, dynamic role perfect for a college student eager to gain experience in education consulting, event coordination, and marketing while honing their administrative and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and maintaining files.
- Assist with data entry, follow-ups, and tracking leads and progress in client databases.
- Make and take phone calls professionally, ensuring prompt and courteous communication.
- Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning and attending events, ensuring smooth execution and providing support on-site.
- Help with event promotion through creative outreach and preparation.
- Marketing & Creativity:
- Develop and implement unique, modern marketing strategies to attract and engage clients.
- Assist in creating content for social media, email campaigns, and other promotional materials.
- Client Relations & Communication:
- Follow up with clients and partners via email, phone, or text to ensure clear communication and build strong relationships.
- Represent Blue Ivy Coaching positively at events and meetings.
Qualifications:
- Must be a college student in their sophomore year or above.
- Must live in Miami, FL
- Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Energetic, outgoing, and friendly personality that thrives in social interactions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and focused, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for brainstorming innovative marketing ideas.
- Comfortable making and receiving calls in a professional manner.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
- Interest in marketing, business, entrepreneurship, education, college admissions, or a related field is a plus.
Hours and Compensation:
This is a part-time internship with flexible hours to accommodate school or other commitments. The role will require occasional evening or weekend availability for events. Compensation and benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
